This year’s festival is wristband-free: your digital ticket will be scanned each day upon arrival. No wristband will be applied at the entrance. Re-entry is only possible with a special re-entry wristband you can get on site.
Question: What is the age limit?
Answer: 18 years.
Question: Where can I buy tickets?
Answer: You can find our different offers on our website. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster. If tickets are offered on other platforms, they are not valid. You can’t buy tickets at the entrance, you have to buy them online.
Question: What tickets can I buy?
Answer: We offer multi-day passes and single-day tickets. You can find all the different options here.
Question: Is there any ticket fee?
Answer: Yes, Ticketmaster will add fees on top of the ticket value. Fees are for handling and administration. It’s 30 DKK per ticket and 10 DKK per order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Question: What can i do if I’m experiencing issue in the purchase process?
Answer: We recommend clearing the cache and deleting cookies. If this doesn’t help, please contact Ticketmaster.
Question: Do I need to bring my ID?
Answer: Yes, you might be asked for an ID to verify your age.
Question: Can I pick up my wristband before the festival?
Answer: This year’s festival is wristband-free: your digital ticket will be scanned each day upon arrival. No wristband will be applied at the entrance.
Question: What is the re-entry policy?
Answer: If you plan to leave the festival area at any time during the event, you’ll need to pick up a re-entry wristband. For Distortion X, it will cost 40 DKK and must be picked up at the Ticket Booth before leaving. At Distortion Ø, the re-entry wristbands are free and must be picked up at the Info & Merch Booth before leaving.
Question: Can I re-sell or give away my ticket?
Answer: Yes, you can do so because your ticket is not personal. We recommend using the official Ticketmaster Resale function. But do not overcharge for the ticket, that’s very uncool and illegal.
Question: Can I buy a ticket from a third party?
Answer: Yes, as tickets are not personal. However, beware of scammers and fake tickets. Avoid buying tickets from strangers on social media.

Question: Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Answer: Yes, you can do so in the Ticketmaster app in the ticket transfer section. Note that your friend will need to have a Ticketmaster account to get the ticket.
Question: Can I get my ticket refunded if I can’t go anyway?
Answer: Only if you bought a ticket insurance. Otherwise you can give your ticket away or sell it to others as it is not personal. Remember it’s not legal to overcharge for the ticket.
Question: Can I bring my companion?
Answer: Yes, but the companion will need a ticket (free, but a ticket fee of 20 DKK per ticket applies). If you have a partout or weekend pass and wish to bring different companions on different days, you must instead order companion tickets per day.
Companion tickets can only be redeemed together with the original ticket upon presentation of a companion card. Tickets can be purchased by contacting Ticketmaster Customer Service at +45 38481633.
