Tickets FAQ

Question: What is the age limit?
Answer: 18 years.

Question: Where can I buy tickets?
Answer: You can find our different offers on our website. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster. If tickets are offered on other platforms, they are not valid. You can’t buy tickets at the entrance, you have to buy them online.

Question: What tickets can I buy?
Answer: We offer multi-day passes and single-day tickets. You can find all the different options here.

Question: Is there any ticket fee?
Answer: Yes, Ticketmaster will add fees on top of the ticket value. Fees are for handling and administration. It’s 30 DKK per ticket and 10 DKK per order. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Question: Do I need to bring my ID?
Answer: Yes, you might be asked for an ID to verify your age.

Question: Can I re-sell or give away my ticket?
Answer: Yes, you can do so because your ticket is not personal. But do not overcharge for the ticket, that’s very uncool and illegal.

Question: Can I buy a ticket from a third party?
Answer: Yes, as tickets are not personal. However, beware of scammers and fake tickets. Avoid buying tickets from strangers on social media.

Question: Can I get my ticket refunded if I can’t go anyway?
Answer: Only if you bought a ticket insurance. Otherwise you can give your ticket away or sell it to others as it is not personal. Remember it’s not legal to overcharge for the ticket.

Question: Can I bring my companion?
Answer: Yes, when you are disabled you can bring one companion. You both have to be present when you pick up your wristbands and you must be able to show your Companion Card issued by Danish Disability Organisations.
