Local rising talent Kawun is playing at Distortion Ø.
Kawun is a young Danish-Afghan DJ emerging from the vibrant club scene of Copenhagen. He is a regular behind the decks of the city’s mainstays Hangaren, Culture Box and Jolene – often sharing the stage with both local talents and international names.
You might have caught his blend of house, acid and 90’s vibes on Copenhagen-based radio community UUMPHFF Radio. He has also been serving solid grooves on Glasgow’s Clyde Built Radio and Bristol’s Noods Radio, and had last year his debut in the tiled booth of HÖR Berlin.
