Friday 18.00-04.00, Saturday: 18.00-06.00. Music will play all the hours. Address is Refshalevej 198, 1432 Copenhagen.

Do you have a festival app?
Yes, you can download our app from the App Store and Google Play. Find the links here

Where can I find the timetable?
You can find the timetable on our website or directly in our app.

How do I get to the festival?
We recommend taking a bike. We have made a special bike and walking path at Refshalevej. Please check the map in our app.

You can also use public transportation: Bus 2A at the stop “Refshaleøen” and the harbour bus at the stop “Refshaleøen”. Arrive early, and remember that parking at the site is not possible.

What type of music will there be?
All days will consist of house, disco, techno and trance. You can find more information about the different artists on our website and in our app.

Will there be a deposit system on the cups?
5 kr. cup fee is applied to each drink purchased on site. So you can bring your used cup to the bar and exchange it for a new one when you get a drink. Exchanges are ONLY 1:1 – which means if you buy one drink, you can bring one used cup and get the fee deducted, and if you want to buy two drinks you can bring two used cups, etc..

Can I volunteer at the festival?
Yes, and you can even get a free ticket for it. We have available shifts before and during the festival! Please go to the Volunteer page to sign up.

Can I join the festival when I have mobility impairment and use a wheelchair?
Yes, but you need to bring a companion (free of charge if documented) and be prepared for a rough ride. Most of the surface is grass or wood chips and it can be muddy. Unfortunately there will not be raised viewing spots for mobility impairment.

Is the festival environmentally sustainable?
All trash will be sorted, all beverages are served in reusable cups, almost all beverages are organic, no straws are used, we use organic crew t-shirts. Wristbands are eco-friendly materials, and we try to limit the use of things that cannot be re-used (like banners, confetti).

How can I help the festival to be as sustainable as possible ?

  • Sorting your trash at the trash stations.
  • Not bringing confetti and glitter.
  • Bring your own water bottle or buy one at our bars and take advantage of our free drinking water station.
  • Don’t throw your cigarette buds on the ground, please use a trash can or a pocket ashtray.
  • Don’t print your ticket or timetable, but download it to your phone.
  • Take a bike or public transport to the festival.

Tickets

What is the age limit?
18 years.

Where can I buy tickets?
You can find our different offers on our website. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster. If tickets are offered on other platforms, they are not valid. You can’t buy tickets at the entrance, you have to buy them online.

What tickets can I buy?
We offer multi-day passes and single day tickets. You can find all the different options here.

Is there any ticket fee?
Yes, Ticketmaster will add fees on top of the ticket value. Fees are for handling and administration. It’s 30 DKK per ticket and 10 DKK per order. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How do I exchange my PDF ticket for a wristband?
Go to the ticket booth at the entrance. You can pick up your wristband from 17.00. on Friday 31 May and Saturday 1 June. Tickets can be either printed or digital; we just need to scan the QR code.

You can also already get your wristband on Wednesday 29 May and Thursday 30 May from 16.00-19.00 at Byhaven, Pumpehuset, Studiestræde 52, 1554 København V. This applies for Distortion Ø day tickets, Weekend Pass and Festival Pass.

Note: All wristbands must be picked up in person and put on when picked up. It is not possible to have the wristband delivered and put it on yourself. Once you have it, the wristband becomes your valid entry ticket to the site, which is why it is your own responsibility that it remains intact and is not lost. It is not possible to get a new wristband issued once the ticket has been scanned and the wristband has been attached.
